"Hi, I’m Jon, and I’m proud to say I’ve been helping families move home for over two decades. Born and bred right here in Falmouth, I am deeply rooted in our local community. I founded Diamond Removals back in 2002 with a very simple promise: to bring complete peace of mind to what can otherwise be a stressful day.
Unlike many directors who stay tucked away in an office, I still perform all our quotes and moves personally. For me, loading a removal van isn't just a job—it’s an art form. I look at your house furniture as giant puzzle pieces, calculating exactly how they fit together perfectly to maximise space and ensure total stability.
My obsession is the safety of your belongings. Every single item gets the five-star treatment: careful blanketing, tight securing, and maximum protection from start to finish. No matter how big, awkward, or heavy the item is, my answer is always the same: 'No problem.'

Louise - Transport Manager & Communications Director

As our Transport Manager, Louise handles all our initial communications, coordinates quotes, and books in our removals. Her advanced qualifications also allow Diamond Removals to run large heavy goods lorries and legally deliver your belongings abroad across Europe.
But Louise doesn't just stay behind a desk. She describes herself as 'small but mighty' and is right there on the frontline for every single removal we do.
As a dedicated marathon runner, Louise brings boundless energy and elite stamina to moving day. While Jon and Malcolm are carefully packing the van and dismantling furniture, Louise is famously known for literally running your items safely from the house to the truck—keeping the entire move highly efficient, energetic, and completely on track.

Malcolm - "The Toolsman" & CPC Driver
Meet Malcolm, our resident powerhouse and expert CPC driver! If Malcolm looks like he handles heavy lifting with ease, that is because he is a former bodybuilder and is phenomenally strong. Whenever he steps onto a job, he proudly introduces himself to our clients as 'Jon’s dad', bringing that warm, genuine family dynamic that is absolutely integral to the heart of Diamond Removals.
Malcolm is a master of disassembly and reassembly. He doesn't just dismantle your furniture; he treats it with the care of a true craftsman. He regularly delights our customers by leaving their furniture in better condition than he found it—tightening loose frames, replacing missing screws, and stabilising older pieces so they are rock-solid for your new home.
His secret is his meticulous organization. Malcolm carefully colour-codes furniture parts, bags up every single small screw, and tapes fixings directly to the frames to ensure rebuilding at the other end is completely straightforward and stress-free.
